C.A. Vidit Seth is a qualified Chartered Accountant has been in practice for the many years. Having attained considerable proficiency in various domains ranging from Financial and Management Accounting, Auditing and Assurance, Direct and Indirect Taxation of Companies, Trusts and Societies he has also gained expertise in most of the statutory compliances pertaining to the service industries like Hotels, Restaurants. He has also been associated with various Nationalized Banks for Vetting of Credit Proposals and has also offered Management consultancy to a few Real Estate Companies. He has also done Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit from ICAI.
CHARU KHANNA
Qualification- B.com, FCA , DISA , IFRS ( ICAI)
Specialization-Management Consulting, Accounting & Bookkeeping , Audit and Assurance, Taxation, Financial Accounting and Management, Due Diligence, Business Valuation and Analysis, RERA compliances, Trademarks.
C.A. Charu Khanna, also a commerce graduate from an affiliate college of Lucknow University and a qualified Chartered Accountant having a work experience of over six years in a Manufacturing Concern and a NBFC, she has a vast experience in various Legal, Tax and Statutory Compliances. She has gained immense experience in Internal and Concurrent Audits of Trusts, Societies, Banks, Hotels and NBFCs. She also has a rich experience in GST Laws relating to various business concerns. Formulation and analysis of Project Reports or Business Projections, Preparation and Analysis of Budgetary Reports are a few more specialization of hers. She has also qualified the certificate course from ICAI on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS/Ind AS) and Diploma in Information System Audits (DISA).
